Yup - I'm going to start a PWT hoon file and this is the first - a red Toyota (I think) license number 119JCN - heard doing speed bumps and donuts in the showground before firing out onto Coral St and speeding towards town. Three young men in the car. It looked something like this only red and it may have been a Mazda, I'm no expert on these things. Though I may become one.
